At Khalab, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review the rules below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
General Rules
- Customers must check their product in front of the delivery man at the time of delivery.
- No return requests or issues will be accepted after the delivery man has left.
- If a product is found damaged during checking, customers may return or exchange it immediately.
Outside Dhaka
- For deliveries outside Dhaka, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged.
- Customers must notify the courier immediately upon receiving a damaged product.
Note: Always check your parcel in the presence of the delivery person to avoid future disputes.
