Return Policy

Please review our guidelines before requesting a return or exchange.

General Rules

Customers must check their product in front of the delivery man at the time of delivery.

No return requests or issues will be accepted after the delivery man has left.

If a product is found damaged during checking, customers may return or exchange it immediately on the spot.

For deliveries outside Dhaka, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged.

Customers must notify the courier immediately upon receiving a damaged product.

Important: Always check your parcel in the presence of the delivery person to avoid any future disputes.
